Ray...this isn't a problem but...for those of us on Digest is there anyway to put the For Sale section all in one block at the end of the forums instead of by year plan. As it is now it makes the Digest so hard to go through because it has so many FS posts with the other posts in the middle. A lot of the other more important posts tend to get lost as one is scrolling to miss all the FS posts.

If the FS section was at the end of the forums then once we got to those posts on the Digest we would know we don't need to read further. Or for those wanting to look for sale items they would know where to look.

Just thoughts.

Blessings,
Barb Spanier

Hi, Barb!

I talked it over with the powers that be and your wish is our command. We'll be moving the For Sale ads to their own sub-heading at the bottom of the list.

I love getting to play with the Forum settings. "Oooh, what does this button do?"

"Digest" sends a group of posts at the same time instead of one at a time.

Stupid question #2...how does one get sent a "digest"? I can't find it in the profile information.

Thanks

Ah, Candace ... not a stupid question if it takes me five minutes to figure it out! Smiler

Click Go > Personal Zone > Notifications

You might have to click on Forums to see the list of Notifications you've set.

Click Edit next to the subscription you wish to change (for example if you receive email notifications about new posts for Year 3 History).

To add a new subscription (that's what took most of the five minutes, because it's been a year since I've done it--and I'm old and I forget things easily) Roll Eyes ... click the Notify button on the main forum pages (where the topics are all listed). You can be notified by the category, by the forum, or by the individual topic.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for all you do for us "non-technical" people... Big Grin

I've been on the Forum since 2004 and am still learning things...I did NOT know that I could have email notifications sent to me...I've just been manually checking the Forum when I have time. Roll Eyes
