We have had customers letting us know that they've been getting mysterious messages from Verizon, or been hung up on after one ring, when they try to call in. We had done some preliminary testing and everything seemed fine, which made it difficult to fix the problems, since we couldn't fine them. However, we kept having more and more folks tell us the same thing, so we dug deeper in our researching endeavors, and I'm happy to announce good news! After persevering through long hold music, (an elevator muzak rendition of "My Guy," no less; this is how committed I am to my job. ) I was able to work with our phone company to get the issues taken care of. (They had some phone numbers on our account that didn't exist. And it wasn't working. Go figure.) We are now properly running at full throttle! Thanks to all of our wonderful customers who were so patient when we couldn't say much more than "that's really weird." You should, from here on out, have no trouble getting through!
