It has taken weeks of intensive programming, but we've finally automated the process of issuing licenses for our digital products. You can now get the latest version of your license anytime you want at your personal account at the Lampstand Press store. Click here to see how you can fill out an account if you don't have one yet. (If you haven't signed up for your own account yet, but you have purchased digital products from us, don't worry--just use the same email address you used when you purchased your digital product and our software will do the rest.) After you register, every product you ever buy at this new store will show in a record here. It is from here that you can renew or refresh your LockLizard license, should anything ever happen to your hard drive.

If you have registered already at our store, and you have previously bought items (of any kind) at our store, log into your account and you should see a list of every item you have ever bought at the new store only. If you have ever bought a DE product (whether at this store or our old Bookshelf) you should see a button at the top of the page that allows you to refresh your LockLizard license. Should you ever lose any digital purchases, you can refresh your product from here in the future. You will still need to call us if you wish to renew your license on a different computer, however.

If you sign up for a personal account at the Lampstand Store and click the "My Account" link at the top, you should see a "Click here to refresh your LockLizard license" button. If you don't see that button, that means the products were ordered under a different email address. Email me at digital@tapestryofgrace.com and let me know. It takes a little untangling, so please allow some processing time.
