Not sure where exactly to post this, but. . .if you'd like to show your students some of Thomas Edison's very earliest films from right around the turn of the century, you can download them free from iTunes. Go to the iTunes store and search "Edison's Early Films". They are short little clips, but my kids have been fascinated to see what film work was like over 100 years ago, as we're embarking on our Year 4 studies!
