I am thinking about starting TOG Y4 co-op for Grammar and Dialectic stages next school year. I would like to hear about the ideas, approaches, advices, "do's" and "don'ts", maybe see some blogs with posts about TOG co-ops from all of you who are experienced.

I am familiar with the general idea how the TOG co-op works from this site and we are in a 4-H co-op like group, but I would like to know, how to prepare better for the task.
